1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the SEALS Control software (“Software”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions described in this Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Use License SEALS Solutions, provider of the Software, grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software, exclusively for legal purposes and in accordance with the conditions described in this Terms of Use.

3. Prohibited Use You agree not to:

• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Modify, adapt, decompile or create derivative works of the Software.

• Distribute, sell or license the Software without the express consent of SEALS Solutions.

• Initiate, interfere with, or interrupt the functionality of the Software in a harmful manner.

4. Responsibility The Software is provided "as is" without warranties expressed or implied. SEALS Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

5. Intellectual Property All content and functionality of the Software, including, but not limited to, source code, design, logos and other materials, are the property of SEALS Solutions and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Modification of Terms SEALS Solutions reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination SEALS Solutions may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your user account and access to the Software at any time if you violate these Terms of Use.

8. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction This term will be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the state of Rio de Janeiro.
